As a Chief Happiness Officer and a graduate of the Happy Leadership Program, I’ve worked hands-on with what makes performance sustainable: engagement, alignment, well-being, and clear ways of working. I combine that culture-building experience with coaching, mentoring, and structured approaches (including Six Sigma discipline) to help people and teams perform strongly without burning out.
