J’accompagne des individus et des équipes dans des environnements exigeants, afin de développer des façons de travailler qui soutiennent la performance, le bien-être et des résultats durables.

En tant que Chief Happiness Officer et diplômé du programme Happy Leadership, j’ai travaillé concrètement sur ce qui rend la performance durable : l’engagement, l’alignement, le bien-être et des modes de fonctionnement clairs. Je combine cette expérience du développement de la culture avec le coaching, le mentorat et des approches structurées (dont la discipline Six Sigma) pour aider individus et équipes à bien performer sans s’épuiser.
