Hi, I’m Jordan.

With over 20 years of experience across North America and Europe, I’ve built a career at the intersection of leadership, marketing, communications, and culture. Much of that work has been in high-pressure environments where relationships, clarity, and execution matter—and where my best results were delivered while staying aligned, engaged, and human.

I’ve held senior leadership roles in world-leading organizations and agencies, working with and alongside global brands including McDonald’s, PepsiCo, Gatorade, the NFL, NBA, and NHL, L’Oréal, Chanel, Accor, Sanofi, Novartis, and Servier—across sports, hospitality & travel, food & beverage, beauty & luxury, and healthcare.

Along the way, I became known as a culture-builder who brings both rigor and warmth: bilingual, creative and analytical, charismatic, highly detail-oriented, and deeply attentive to relationships. As Chief Happiness Officer, I refined what makes performance sustainable—helping teams operate with clarity and high standards, while strengthening energy, cohesion, and trust.

Today, I bring that experience into methodologies rooted in coaching and mentoring. I help people and teams navigate and grow into complex situations, shifting how they think to support performance, well-being, and sustainable results. I work in a way that creates momentum: each interaction is designed to generate clear insight and specific next steps that can be applied immediately.
