I’ve spent two decades leading teams and senior client relationships in complex, high-responsibility environments, supporting leaders as expectations shift and complexity increases. Through coaching and mentoring, I help experienced leaders and first-time managers strengthen decision-making, presence, and ways of leading that fit their role and context—and translate their strengths into consistent impact.
