Most engagements start with an exploratory conversation to understand your situation and goals. From there, we agree on a rhythm and focus — typically regular 1:1 sessions over several months — with each session designed to produce clear insight and concrete next steps. I also work with teams through workshops, facilitation, and group programs.

Yes. Many clients have their coaching funded through their organization's L&D or HR budget. Leadership development, well-being, and international mobility are among the most commonly sponsored categories. I'm happy to discuss what that could look like for your situation.

Yes. I'm fully bilingual and equally comfortable coaching in French or English. Sessions can even alternate between languages if that's what feels most natural.

I'm based between Paris and Montreal, and I work with clients across Europe, North America, and beyond. Sessions are available in person (Paris or Montreal) or remotely via video call — whichever works best for you.
