## Who I Am
Jordan Ishak is a certified executive and leadership coach with 20 years of professional experience spanning leadership, global marketing, brand strategy, communications, and organizational culture across Europe and North America.
He has held VP-level roles at IPG, McCann Health, Havas, and other leading organizations, managing global and international teams, clients, and projects across multiple continents. At Havas Paris, Jordan served as Chief Happiness Officer — championing and leading employee well-being, sustainable performance, and organizational culture from the inside.
He was trained by Erickson Coaching International, completing the school's highest level of coach training and achieving some of its highest possible performance scores. Jordan is also a graduate of the Happy Leadership Program (happy.co.uk), and before launching Match 6 Coaching, he was invited to consider leading and delivering the Happy Leadership Program in the French market — a testament to the depth of his expertise in sustainable leadership and workplace happiness.
He founded Match 6 Coaching to focus on the work he cares most about: helping people and teams navigate complexity, unfamiliar environments, and changing responsibility, while building sustainable performance and workplace happiness.
